献立メーカー（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に 努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報の内容と、その利用目的について 説明するものです。
作成した献立、お気に入りに登録したレシピ、レシピごとのメモ、撮影・保存した写真、 ブックマークしたURL、人数や献立の形などの設定は、すべて端末内のアプリ領域に のみ保存されます。これらが開発者のサーバーや第三者に送信されることはありません。 本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの情報は端末から削除されます。
本アプリのアプリ内ブラウザで撮影・保存した写真も同様に、端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリは、無料での提供を継続するために Google が提供する広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は広告の配信および効果測定のため、 以下の情報を自動的に収集することがあります。

本アプリには、楽天ウェブサービスが提供する「楽天レシピ API」からレシピを取り込む 機能があります。この機能は、利用者が設定画面にご自身のアプリ ID を入力した場合に のみ動作します。入力しない限り、楽天ウェブサービスへの通信は一切行われません。
この機能を利用した場合、レシピの検索リクエストが楽天ウェブサービスに送信されます。 送信されるのは検索に必要な情報のみで、利用者を識別する情報は含まれません。
本アプリには、レシピサイトなどを表示するためのアプリ内ブラウザがあります。 利用者がここで開いたページの閲覧履歴・入力内容を、開発者が収集することはありません。 ただし、表示されたウェブサイトにはそれぞれの運営者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・生年月日・クレジットカード情報などの 個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログインの仕組みもありません。また、 アクセス解析ツールやクラッシュレポートツールは一切導入していません。
本アプリは、位置情報、連絡先、カレンダー、マイク、写真ライブラリの全体へのアクセスを 求めません。
開発者は、利用者の情報を第三者に販売・貸与しません。上記 1-2 に記載した情報が Google に、1-3 に記載した情報が楽天ウェブサービスに送信される場合を除き、 情報が外部に提供されることはありません。
法令に基づく開示請求があった場合には、法令の範囲内で対応することがあります。
いずれを選んでも、本アプリのすべての機能をそのままご利用いただけます。広告の表示自体は なくなりませんが、利用者の興味に基づかない広告が表示されるようになります。
本アプリは Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）を通じて、初回起動時に 同意の取得画面を表示します。同意の内容は、この画面からいつでも変更・撤回できます。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存された献立・お気に入り・メモ・写真・ ブックマークはすべて削除されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたものではなく、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に 情報を収集することはありません。
利用者が作成した情報は、利用者が削除するか本アプリをアンインストールするまで、 端末内に保存されます。広告配信のために Google が収集した情報の保存期間については、 Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に伴って変更されることがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。最終更新日は本ページ冒頭に 記載しています。

Kondate Maker does not require an account. Everything you create in the app — meal plans, favourites, notes, photos and bookmarks — is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer or to anyone else. The only data that leaves your device is what Google collects to serve advertising.
Content you create. Meal plans, favourite recipes, per-recipe notes, photos you capture or save, bookmarked URLs and your settings are stored locally in the app's own storage. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
Advertising. The app uses Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device information (OS version, model, language, screen size), your IP address and the approximate region derived from it, and ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks. This information is collected and used by Google. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional recipe import. The app can import recipes from the Rakuten Recipe API, but only if you enter your own application ID in Settings. Until you do, no request is ever sent to Rakuten. Search requests contain no information identifying you.
In-app browser. The app can display recipe websites in an in-app browser. The developer does not collect your browsing history or any input you make there. The privacy policy of each website you visit applies to that site.
What we do not collect. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth or payment details. There is no account or login. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is included. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, calendar, microphone or your full photo library.
We do not sell or rent your information. Apart from the data sent to Google for advertising and, if you enable it, to Rakuten Web Service, no information is shared with third parties. We may disclose information where required by law.
On iOS you can decline tracking at the prompt shown on first launch, or change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Settings → Google → Ads. Either way, every feature of the app continues to work; you will simply see ads that are not based on your interests.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, a consent form is shown on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change or withdraw your consent there at any time.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as the law or the app changes. Significant changes will be announced on this page, and the date at the top will be revised.
